The US Court of Appeals for the District of Colombia Circuit dismissed a former Guantanamo detainee’s lawsuit against former secretary of defense Donald Rumsfeld, according to a story at JURIST.

The original complaint [PDF] listed the plaintiff as Sami Abdulaziz Allaithi, an Egyptian professor who was teaching English in Kabul, Afghanistan.
